Boiler Servicing & Repairs

At Peterborough Boiler Services, we advise all our customers to get their boiler serviced annually, to ensure that it’s operating safely and efficiently.
Many people don’t see the value in their boiler until problems occur and they are without heating and hot water. Locally, we are recognised as your go-to company for all your boiler servicing and repair requirements. It’s paramount for the longevity of your boiler, that it is serviced once a year. This is to ensure that your boiler is safe, reliable and efficient. Safety is key and it is always advisable to check that you engineer is either registered with Gas Safe or OFTEC (oil).
Here at Peterborough Boiler Services we annually communicate with our customers when either their gas or oil boiler is due for its service, to help maintain its manufacturer guarantee or warranty, and to ensure that it’s operating safely and efficiently.
Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Boiler Servicing
We strongly advise that if you’re having a problem with your boiler, please don’t ignore it. Our engineers can help prevent a simple problem developing into a serious and more costly fault. If untreated then it could result in needing a new boiler, that could have been avoided.
By reacting to small boiler problems, you are protecting it against other issues that could be created by the existing problem. Our engineer will be able to identify and resolve minor problems to help avoid future malfunctions and costly repairs.
Boiler servicing is, of course, another household expense. Although, it can be one investment that will help you save money too. As part of your boiler service, our service engineer will perform a number of essential checks to make sure your boiler is operating efficiently. As a direct benefit of this, you can expect your boiler to run more efficient, that in turn will save you money on your bills.

Unvented Hot Water Cylinders

Unvented water heating has recently been the fastest growing sector of the UK market.

Unvented hot water systems are fed directly from the cold water mains supply and offer a number of performance benefits compared to conventional hot water systems. These include higher pressure, faster filling baths, more powerful showers, better flow rates at all hot taps and balanced hot and cold water.
They are less noisy and more hygienic and because they don’t need to be fed by a tank in the loft they can be installed almost anywhere and free up valuable roof space.

5. Checks, Checks & More Checks

Our engineer will have to ‘tick-off’ a number of different checks during the boiler service. These include the following (but not exclusive to)
